Dear dOSers.
Last Saturday, September 26, Tropical Storm Ketsana devastated the Philippines.
A month's worth of rainfall descended on Manila in just eight hours, putting at least 25% of the Metropolis underwater.
The devastation is the worst in the country's history (in this modern era).
It left in its wake 246 people dead, over 3,000 people missing and displaced over 500,000 families - that's about 2.5 million people who need to rebuild their lives.
“dOSe of Charity” is for the families in the Philippines who desperately need your help: to put some clothes on their backs; to put some food in their mouths; to rebuild their lives all over again.
Your VND 100,000 entrance fees as well as the revenue for the evening will all go to support this “cause”.
