Alex Tran, known to his fans as DJ ATRAN, is on part UT student, one part blogger, twenty million parts DJ. He spins beyond his years like a bona fide professional and boasts, “I’ve been doing this since I was 15”. The kid has spun with Ferry Corsten, Kaskade, Compton rapper Problem and Hypercrush, who is currently on tour with Kevin Rudolf and world famous producer Deadmau5.

To add to his Alexander The Great-like conquests and victories, Alex Tran has also managed to spin with a host of DJs – DJ Virman, DJ CokE and Big Syphe – from Power 106 L.A, the city’s premier hip-hop radio station.

Considering his youth, he’s had plenty of success. When he’s not in Austin courting his studies or at a local venue, he’s in Long Beach ( C.A.) holding throne as ‘ resident DJ’ @ Club V20, a freshly renovated $ 10 million property that boasts a reputation as grandiose as its price tag. He plans to return April 23rd. Tran is also headlining at the Gallery Stage at the Best of Both World @ The Grove in Anaheim April 24th.

The young Cali-nativea has opened for Grammy Award-winning DJ Benny Benassi. Clinching such a pivotal gig was no fluke or stroke of luck. He plans on teaming up with the world famous DJ again – May 21st @ Club Rio in San Antonio.

Recently picked up by the clothing giant IM-King – worm by heavy – hitter 50 cent, T-Pain, and Britney Spear – Alex Tran’s list of conquests are essentially never – ending. Check out www.imking.com

Finally, this just in: DJ A Tran picked up a new residency @ Aces Lounge in downtown Austin, TX. He plans to kick off this venture on April 30th.

A word that seems to best summarize the young disc jockey is destined. His track record does a great job to foreshadow hid future successes. And, like The Great, Alex still has lots of land to cover.
